Blendphys

Atomic Blender PDB/XYZ is a Blender add-on that imports atomic structures from PDB (.pdb) and XYZ (.xyz) files, reading the coordinates of all atoms and representing them as balls in the Blender world.

Atomic Blender Cluster is a Blender add-on from Blendphys for creating simple atomic nanoparticle or cluster structures by cutting atomic lattices such as fcc or hcp. It is accessed from Add → Mesh → Atom cluster.
