PanelPilot is a Blender extension that binds N-panel sidebar tabs in the 3D Viewport to keyboard shortcuts. Press a key and the assigned panel opens, with the sidebar opening automatically if it is hidden.

ViewStretch - Non-Proportional Scale brings the Autodesk Alias non-proportional scale workflow to Blender, letting you stretch or squash a model with one mouse gesture in the 3D Viewport. It's fully non-destructive.
