HeliumX Lite is a free 3D plugin for Adobe After Effects that includes some of the basic tools from the HeliumX 3D toolset: 3D models, 3D animated text, extruded shapes, primitives, and scroll. HeliumX itself is a 3D toolset for After Effects built to create 3D animation.
The free package also includes HeliumX AI, an AI image generation plugin that is part of the HeliumX toolset. It generates images from text prompts or from a start image, with dozens of style presets to keep prompts short, ControlNet for controlling the result, seamless output for use as textures, and custom SDXL model import.

The underlying requirement is Adobe After Effects 2020 (version 18.0) and later, so newer releases in that range are covered. If you are on a version older than 2020, it will not run. Check the developer's page to confirm support for any specific point release before installing.
Helium + HeliumX Lite Free runs on macOS 10.14 and later or Windows 10 and later, and it needs OpenGL 3.3 and later. Alongside those, you need Adobe After Effects 2020 (version 18.0) or newer installed. If your machine meets the OpenGL 3.3 requirement and runs a supported operating system and After Effects version, you should be able to install and use it.
