Motion Tweaks earns its place in the aescripts library as a set of scripts drawn from Motion Design School's own daily workflow, kept current with support up to After Effects 2025.
Motion Tweaks brings together a set of motion tools for After Effects, created by motion designers at Motion Design School — the tools the team uses in its own daily work. It supports After Effects 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021.
The collection covers scripts including Create Cube, Shape Waves, Wiggle, Sine, Trim Paths and Rotate First Vertex. The Rotate First Vertex script changes the starting vertex of a shape layer's path and masks, while the Wiggle script adds a Z-axis value for Position, Anchor Point and Scale.
The interface uses a flexible grid with category views and tooltips on its icons, and switches between a dark or white theme depending on the After Effects background color. Version 1.1.1 polishes and optimizes the scripts with additional safety checks and fixes to several tools. A demo video is available.
