Volume n' Tricks 2 brings faux-3D isometric design to After Effects. Built by PENCIL Park, it handles isometric extrusion on multiple layers at once, isometric projection, a grid, and movement controls for building isometric scenes inside your compositions.
The plugin projects onto multiple layers simultaneously and adds parented isometric shadows for depth. An improved pivot and rotation feature lets you animate in all directions with limitless extrusion, and you can apply keyframes to the isometric rotation itself. Move Y and Move Z sliders adjust how objects sit closer or farther in the isometric world, and keyframing the position sliders along the timeline animates their movement. Live visualization in the Effects Controls Panel shows results as you fine-tune.
