XROMM toolkit brings X-ray Reconstruction of Moving Morphology to Blender, a version of the XROMM Maya Tools by Prof Peter Falkingham. It creates and exports CT markers and imports motion data.

Shape Fitter is a Blender add-on that fits primitive shapes to selected mesh vertices. It handles spheres, planes, cylinders, ellipsoids and a two-condyle cylinder, with Average or Midpoint centering, working directly in Edit Mode.
