Fly Annotates covers a range of Blender versions, from 2.8 through 5.0, with the two disintegration methods reserved for 4.2 and earlier.
Fly Annotates - Automatic Annotates Deletion is a Blender add-on by Alaa CG that removes your annotation strokes automatically. You access it from the N panel and run a deletion or flying-method animation, and whatever you draw will be deleted or animated away until you stop it.
The add-on ships several methods. Instant Delete removes strokes as soon as you finish drawing them. Fade away strokes lets strokes fade out, controlled by a delay value. Expand Fade makes strokes expand and fade away, controlled by an expanding factor. Two further methods, Stroke Disintegration and Double Sided Disintegration, are for Blender 4.2 and earlier: they erase strokes from end to start and from both ends respectively. These two are deprecated but still work below 4.2.
Fly Annotates works as both an Extension and an Add-on. In Blender 4.2 and later you drag and drop it, while on versions below 4.2 you install it as an add-on. A demo video is available. Documentation is provided, and version 1.2 adds support for Blender 5.0 and later.
