Motioneer Lite is a motion engine for After Effects built around copying animations and reapplying them to other layers. Using the copy tool, you can grab selected keyframes and masks, or the transformation properties and masks of selected layers. The add tool then attaches those copied animations to whichever layers you choose, retaining comp and layer ratios.

If you're running an older copy, updating to the current version on aescripts is the way to get that fix.
