Nobe Display earns its place for putting a calibrated, mirrored preview on any desktop screen without dedicated monitoring hardware. Worth noting before you rely on it: playback isn't synchronized, and it doesn't work with caching enabled or on the Fusion page.
Nobe Display is a virtual display plugin that works with DaVinci Resolve. It mirrors your preview and lets you place that image anywhere on your desktop, so you can drive an external monitor without adding extra hardware. It runs in real-time and uses GPU acceleration, and it ships as two parts: the Nobe Display App and the Nobe Display Connect OpenFX plugin.
For monitor calibration, it supports ICC profiles and display 3D LUTs, and you can make quick image adjustments to gamma, gain, and RGB channels. It works in the Edit and Color pages within DaVinci Resolve. An NDI version adds NewTek NDI output streaming.
A few limits apply: playback isn't synchronized, so you sync manually with the host application using a delay option, and it doesn't work with Caching enabled. It's designed for the Edit and Color pages and doesn't work on the Fusion page.

Nobe Display is designed to work in the Edit and Color pages within DaVinci Resolve and does not work on the Fusion page. If your workflow centers on Fusion, the plugin won't mirror your preview there. For editing and color grading tasks, it runs in real-time with GPU acceleration and mirrors your preview to any screen on your desktop. Keep the page limitation in mind when planning where in Resolve you'll rely on the mirrored output.
Nobe Display runs on macOS 10.11 or later and Windows 7 or later, and it works with DaVinci Resolve. It ships as two components, the Nobe Display App and the Nobe Display Connect OpenFX plugin, both of which pair with Resolve. For exact host version details and the latest system requirements, check the developer's page, since operating system support can shift with new releases.

Nobe Display includes an NDI version that adds NewTek NDI output streaming on top of the core feature set. Both the regular and NDI versions include the Nobe Display App, the Nobe Display Connect OpenFX plugin, GPU acceleration, and ICC profile plus display 3D LUT support. The NDI version layers NDI output streaming over those. Check the developer's page to confirm which version fits your setup.
