AR-media, from Inglobe Technologies, connects Autodesk 3ds Max to the AR-media Studio platform. It exports your models directly into Studio, where you can create Augmented and Virtual Reality experiences, add events and interactions, and bring in new digital assets and media to enrich your 3D models and projects.
The developer frames it around a few scenarios: making a building stand out of a blueprint or seeing it in the real environment where it is meant to be built, watching designs come to life on your desk or in the workshop, and creating experiences to deploy for clients or friends. To export and deploy models into AR-media Studio, you register for free on the platform's website. Exported models can be viewed through the free AR-media Player mobile app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
Version 1.1.1, updated in January 2024, added 2024 support with no change in the version number.
