Automated Video Editing is a script by Gilad Glasberg that automates the whole video editing process synced to music in Premiere Pro. Rather than placing every cut by hand, it builds the edit for you and offers three ways to work: Music Beat, Constant Time, and User Markers.
Cutting can be driven by the music's volume threshold, tuned with a sensitivity controller, or set to a constant duration between each cut. User Markers mode lets you edit the video using your own markers. Shot length can be capped with minimum and maximum duration settings, and each clip can start at its beginning or at a random point. Random footage and repeat video options add further variation.
It also adjusts sequence size and frame rate, applies scale animation across layers in the comp, and includes color correction and opacity dissolve control with adjustable dissolve length. Both long-duration footage, such as GoPro clips, and regular short video files are supported.
