Why we like it

Compositor Pro has been discontinued and is now free, with its source code made available. It remains a Blender Extension compatible add-on under the GPL license.

What is Compositor Pro?

Compositor Pro is an add-on for Blender that bundles a collection of high-quality nodegroups ranging from effects to utilities. It includes more than 45 nodes covering effects such as bloom, lens flares, ghosts, haze, vignette, halation, film grain, color-grading operators and sharpening, plus utility nodes like a variable image clamp, thresholding, custom mix types and a screen UV texture. The add-on is built to be intuitive and simple to use, allowing complex effects to be applied in one click.

Nodes can be added via the N-tab or a pie menu, and are organized in a visual gallery for quick identification. Any node can be favorited so it appears in the pie menu for quick use. A quick mix feature makes it easy to mix two nodes together, and a fast process space feature lets you change the process colorspace for nodes, useful for color grading work.
