Pro IO is a Hyper Brew utility that automates importing and exporting media across After Effects and Premiere Pro. It works as a single place to get media in and out of either application.

Width, Height, and FPS wildcards are available, ARI files can be imported as image sequences, and DPX sequence import is supported.
