Why we like it

Earns its place in the aescripts library for putting live RAM, CPU and GPU data in a panel that stays docked inside After Effects.

What is System Monitor Pro?

System Monitor Pro brings hardware readouts directly inside After Effects. It shows used RAM, CPU load with live clock speed, VRAM per GPU and temperatures, all from a single dockable panel that refreshes every second as you work.

The panel is built for Windows and does not run on macOS. It supports any number of NVIDIA GPUs, reporting VRAM and temperature figures per card. Because the readouts sit in a panel within After Effects, the monitoring data stays visible alongside your project.

Compatibility spans a wide range of After Effects releases, from CC through the 2026 version, so it fits both current and older installations. A demo video is available on the developer's page, and the current release is version 1.1 from May 2026.
