AErmes is a plugin for After Effects developed by Bending Spoons, built to move projects between After Effects and Lokalise for translation. It exports After Effects projects into Lokalise projects ready for translation, then imports them back to create translated comps with just a few clicks.
Access is restricted — only Bending Spoons employees can use the plugin. Before running it, you'll need to grant scripts permission to write files and access the network. This is set through After Effects Preferences, under Scripting & Expressions, by checking the "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network" option.
The current release is version 1.2.4, published in August 2021, with a changelog noting bug fixes and changed default settings. AErmes is compatible with After Effects 17.0 and later, and is listed in the adobe_exchange library.
