Anchor Pro earns its place in the toolfarm library as a focused anchor point utility that spans both After Effects and Premiere Pro, with version 2 broadening its After Effects support.
Anchor Pro is a plugin for After Effects and Premiere Pro built around anchor point control. It lets you move the anchor point relative to the clip itself, the sequence, or a clip selection, and supports dragging the anchor point for precise placement.
For clips with transparent backgrounds, Alpha Mode handles the anchor point, with an option to ignore drop shadows. You can save an anchor point position to align other clips, and keep existing animation intact while moving the anchor point. In After Effects, it works with the Transform Effect, Separated Dimensions, and 3D layers, and includes Spell Book integration.
