Blaze Add-on is a fire and smoke shader for Blender, built to produce cinematic fire without repeatedly tweaking materials by hand. Developed by R Animation Studios, it lets you add a fire or smoke shader in a single click and keeps all the shader controls on one node instead of a large node network.
The add-on ships with more than 35 color presets spanning fire and smoke, plus universal presets such as Fire, Fire + Smoke, and Smoke. Its procedural fire shaders work without Mantaflow or VDB simulation, so there's no baking step. The interface is straightforward, and both documentation and video tutorials are available on the developer's site.
Version 3 remade the shader for a better look and performance, added new fire and smoke presets, and introduced the universal presets. Two demo files are included to help you get familiar with the shader, and updates are free for existing users.
