Curve Work stands out in the superhive library for pulling Boolean, mirror, array, offset and cleanup operations for curves into a single addon, with segment-type control and a Merge function for Bezier points added in version 1.2.3. It also fits into Vovrzull's wider set of curve addons.
Curve Work is a Blender addon by Vovrzull built to speed up work with curves and to create curve profiles and projection profiles faster. It gathers a range of curve editing operations into one addon and is designed to combine with the developer's other curve tools, including Expert Curve Modeling, Projection Modeling, Curve Loft, Curve Facefilled Pro and Link Curve.
The toolset covers Boolean curves with Union, Difference and Intersection, mirror curves, arrays and circular arrays, and curve offset with array offset. It also connects the edge points of splines, separates all splines from a curve object, and cleans curves that contain no splines, single-point splines, erroneous extrusion or overlapping points. Bevel on curves comes with an inverse alignment function, and you can split points or use subdivided slide to add points along a segment and control their spacing and movement.
Curve Work supports English and Japanese. Version 1.2.3 added a Merge function for Bezier points, building on earlier updates that expanded hotkeys and Projection Modeling support.
Curve Work is best for blender artists working heavily with curves who want Boolean operations, arrays, offset, bevel and cleanup in one addon, especially alongside Vovrzull's other curve tools.
Curve Work is completely free to download and use.
Curve Work is listed as compatible with Blender as an extension. It's also built to combine with Vovrzull's other curve addons, including Expert Curve Modeling, Projection Modeling, Curve Loft, Curve Facefilled Pro and Link Curve. Later updates improved performance and optimization when working alongside the Projection Modeling addon, and added an option to disable and enable the projection object with a key press. For the exact Blender versions and any requirements, check the developer's page before installing.
Curve Work is available in English and Japanese. The addon also includes a tutorials section covering how Vovrzull's addons work together, including this one, so there is guidance available beyond the language options themselves. For details on switching languages or reaching the tutorials, the developer's YouTube channel and store page are the places to look. Exact interface coverage may vary by version, so the developer's page is the best reference for current details.
Curve Work version 1.2.3 added a Merge function for Bezier points. Earlier updates expanded the addon as well: version 1.1.8 added performance and optimization features for working with the Projection Modeling addon, a key to disable and enable the projection object, and buttons to set correct Z-axis orientation for curve profiles. Version 1.1.4 introduced hotkeys for most functions with the option to enable or disable them, plus directional axes for the circular array. For the full changelog, see the developer's page.
Curve Work is listed as free in this catalog. Pricing and licensing can change over time and may differ on the developer's own store, so treat the free listing here as a starting point rather than a guarantee. For the current terms, the surest source is Vovrzull's store page, where you can also find the bundle that groups this addon with other Vovrzull curve tools. Check there before downloading to confirm the latest licensing details.
Curve Work includes a Curve Segment Type option that changes the type of segment between points, offering automatic, vector, aligned and free. Alongside it, the Subdivided slide tool lets you subdivide a curve segment, control the amount of distance between points, and move points along the segment. Split the point and, from version 1.2.3, a Merge function for Bezier points round out the point-level controls. The developer notes more detail on segment types is shown in the video, and a demo video is available.
