GP Tween (c) is a Grease Pencil tweening add-on for Blender by cosmosmythos. It leverages Geometry Nodes to generate interpolated frames between your Grease Pencil keyframes, operating on a per-layer basis. Because it builds on the flexibility of Geometry Nodes, strokes can be interpolated to or from any spline type. To keep the timeline uncluttered, it creates a separate stroke for the inbetweening process based on the selected layer.
When the in-betweens are ready, a built-in baking command commits them as keyframes. The add-on is aimed at Grease Pencil animators looking for a quick, organized and non-destructive inbetweening workflow.
Version 2.4.0 adds Vector Drawing Assist Tools that appear in the top header while in Grease Pencil Edit mode. These include accurate resampling that targets exact point counts and outputs as a Bezier, Poly, Catmull-Rom or Nurbs stroke type, improved stroke point visibility in edit mode including unselected strokes for the current keyframe, and one-click vector and auto align buttons for Bezier handle types. It is compatible with Blender 4.3 and newer and licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
