Local Pivot Align is a script for 3ds Max that positions an object's local pivot according to its bounding box extremes. You choose an alignment method — Min, Center, or Max — then click an axis button to align the pivot to that axis. A dedicated 'Center' button centers the pivot inside the object.
Installation follows the standard 3ds Max script routine: drag and drop the MZP file onto a viewport, or use the Scripting menu's "Run Script" option, locate the MZP file, and open it. Version 2.1.1 also copies a startup file during MZP installation for consistency. The script has been tested on 3ds Max 2025.3.
