Parametric Primitives is a Blender add-on that provides smart, adjustable primitives with a simple creation workflow. You reach them through the Shift+A menu under Mesh, where they sit alongside the basic primitives. After creating a shape, its parameters appear in the side menu, opened with the N key, under the Parametric tab, showing only the active object's controls.
Supported fields accept both metric and imperial values, so you can type dimensions in whichever unit system you prefer. Each object carries pivot settings for Top, Bottom, and Center placement, and can align to the 3D Cursor, which the developer notes is useful for aligning to face normals. A Lock Parametric toggle runs a Merge by Distance at a default 0.001 threshold to weld vertices, and locking is recommended before you edit topology so the mesh isn't regenerated by accident.
The initial 1.0 release includes ten primitives: Box, Capsule, Cog, Cylinder (which can act as a Cone), Drop, Pyramid (which can act as a Cake), Sphere, Spring, Star with collapsible sides, and Tube. Documentation is included, and the add-on has been tested on Blender 4.0 and 4.4.1.

Parametric Primitives supports Blender versions 4.0 through 4.4, and the developer notes it was tested on Blender 4.0 (Portable) and 4.4.1. You create the primitives from the Shift+A menu under Mesh, where they appear alongside the basic primitives. Once a primitive exists, its parameters show up in the side menu under the Parametric tab, and only the active object's settings are displayed. Parametric Primitives installs from a downloaded ZIP file. In Blender, open Edit, then Preferences, then Add-ons, choose Install from Disk, and select the ZIP. After that, the Parametric Primitives (All-in-One) entry should be enabled. The add-on is distributed under the GPL license. Once installed, the primitives become available through Shift+A, then Mesh, listed under the basic primitives, so you can start creating adjustable shapes without further setup.
Parametric Primitives exposes its settings through Blender's side menu, opened with the N key, under the Parametric tab, and only the active object's controls appear there.
