ProtoTech's WebGL Exporter for 3ds Max, developed by ProtoTech Solutions and Services, exports solid bodies directly into HTML files. The result is interactive 3D models that can be viewed in any modern web browser and embedded straight into web pages for online viewing.
Output is adjustable at several levels. Face and body-level materials support exporting both colors and textures, precision control lets you adjust file size and output quality by specifying precision values, and tessellation options let you tessellate at the body level or face level for model fidelity.
The current release adds support for 3ds Max 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, alongside tooltip UI fixes and a corrected license info dialog. It runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 only and installs through a custom installer. A trial provides 15 exports over 7 days with access to the full feature set, and the license is perpetual with the first year of updates included.
