Juggling several jobs, each with its own preview and final deliverables, makes mistakes easy to slip in. QueueUp is an After Effects script that saves the output folder and render settings for every job you set up, letting you move between them throughout the day.
You create a job with the [+] button, assign it an output folder, then pick your Preview and Final output settings from templates you've already made. Save the job, select the comps you want to render, and click the Queue button for the settings you need. Preview renders go straight into the output folder you chose, while final renders land in a /finals subfolder.
The developer suggests adding the script to your ScriptsUI folder and docking it for everyday use. It's compatible with After Effects 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021, runs on macOS, and a demo video is available. Version 1.1.0 arrived on June 3, 2026 with minor bug fixes.

QueueUp runs on macOS, with Mac support added in version 1.0.6. To get it ready, the developer suggests adding the script to your ScriptsUI folder and docking it so it's available for everyday use. From there you create a job with the [+] button, pick an output folder, and choose your Preview and Final output settings before saving. Once a job is saved, you select the comps you want and click the Queue button for either your preview or final settings.
