Why we like it

Quick Showcase earns its place in the Superhive library by turning repetitive camera-and-light setup into a one-click rig, then batch-rendering the angles and compositing them into a sprite sheet.

What is Quick Showcase?

Quick Showcase generates a ready-to-render scene around your active object in Blender, aimed at 3D artists, product designers, and game developers. It works with both Eevee and Cycles, producing 360° product showcases and character, prop, or product sheets from a single click.

The add-on creates a customizable ring of cameras and lights parented to your model. You set the number of cameras, the number of lights, and the background colors from a UI panel. Clicking Render Showcase batch-renders every camera in the setup automatically, so you don't process angles one at a time. Rendered frames can be stitched into a single horizontal or vertical sprite sheet.

Quick Showcase is supported across Blender versions from 2.93 up to 5.1 and is released under the GPL license. Documentation and a demo video are available.

Who is Quick Showcase best for?

Quick Showcase is best for 3D artists, product designers, and game developers who want to set up and render an object from multiple angles without building the scene by hand.

How much does Quick Showcase cost?

Quick Showcase is completely free to download and use.

Frequently asked questions

Does Quick Showcase work with Blender 5.1?

Quick Showcase is supported across Blender versions from 2.93 up to 5.1, so it covers a wide span of releases including 5.1. The add-on is released under the GPL license. If you're running a version within that range, the ring of cameras and lights and the automated render queue are built to work with it. For the current status on any newer or specific build, check the developer's page.

Does Quick Showcase support both Cycles and Eevee?

Quick Showcase works with both Eevee and Cycles, so you can generate your showcase using either render engine in Blender. The add-on sets up the ring of cameras and lights around your active object regardless of which engine you choose, then batch-renders every angle. Whether you use Eevee or Cycles, the same one-click setup applies. Documentation is available if you need details on configuring the scene.

Can Quick Showcase render every camera angle automatically?

Quick Showcase includes an automated render queue: clicking Render Showcase batch-renders every camera in your setup automatically, rather than processing angles one at a time. After rendering, the add-on can stitch all the frames into a single horizontal or vertical sprite sheet. You set the number of cameras and lights and the background colors from the UI panel beforehand, so the batch reflects your chosen configuration. A demo video is also available.

Is Quick Showcase free to use?

Quick Showcase is listed as free here in our catalog. Licensing terms can change over time, so for the current price and purchase details, check the developer's page directly. The add-on is released under the GPL license. It's aimed at 3D artists, product designers, and game developers who want the ready-to-render setup around an active object without configuring cameras, lights, and backgrounds manually each time.
