Twixtor Pro earns its place in the toolfarm library on the breadth of its host support, from After Effects and Premiere Pro to Resolve Studio, Nuke and Flame, and a Pro license that also covers the regular product of any supported host.
RE:Vision Effects Twixtor Pro handles time remapping and speed changes across a wide range of hosts. On the Adobe side it supports After Effects CS6-2026 and Premiere Pro CS6-2026; it also runs in Final Cut Pro 10.1.4 and up, Avid Media Composer 6.0, Symphony 6.0 and Newscutter 10.0 and up, and OFX hosts including DaVinci Resolve Studio 15 and up, Autograph, Baselight, Catalyst Edit, HitFilm and Natron.
The plugin includes a DNN (deep neural network) mode, a Global Motion option, and a Smart Blend option for Twixtor Pro's Vectors In. In Premiere Pro, a time remap mode adds an embedded speed ramp key-frame editor. Recent releases set GPU processing on by default on Linux systems and reduce the amount of GPU VRAM required.
A Twixtor Pro license works with hosts including After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Flame, Smoke, Fusion Studio, Nucoda, Nuke, Premiere Pro, Scratch and Silhouette, and also covers the regular product of any supported host.

Twixtor Pro lists DaVinci Resolve Studio 15 and up among its supported OFX hosts. Version 7.5.8 added support for the OFX Draw Suite in DaVinci Resolve Studio and Fusion Studio 18.5 and over. Other OFX hosts in the compatibility list include Autograph, Baselight, Catalyst Edit, Diamant and Dustbuster+, HitFilm and Natron. Support continues to change across releases, so the developer's page has the current list for your setup.
Twixtor Pro 8.2.1, an OFX release dated June 1, 2026, fixes a potential crash on Windows when exiting and a load-project hang in Nuke for Windows, and upgrades the licensing library for Windows. It also notes that CPU mode is temporarily not supported on Windows for the DNN1 method. The preceding 8.2.0 release added Linux support for Flame including 2027 and set GPU on by default on Linux systems.
