ReaBl connects Blender and REAPER so both applications operate under the same timeline logic. It brings transport and timeline synchronization into a Blender-based production pipeline, helping keep animation timing, scoring, sync, and audio refinement aligned throughout a project. The connection works whether you are on a single machine or across a studio network.
The package centres on ReaBl for Blender, the main synchronization add-on, paired with a Setup Assistant that installs the required OSC library and the ReaBl Reaper OSC configuration. A separate ReaBl.ReaperOSC file handles transport and timeline communication, while the VSE Stem Exporter adds a way to export audio tracks from Blender's Video Sequence Editor. Documentation covers both installation and use.
ReaBl suits animation workflows, editorial work in Blender, scoring to picture, Foley spotting and refinement, sync review, and both local and networked studio pipelines. It is offered in a free version and a support version that share the same core functionality, differing only in the support layer around the tool. It is distributed under an MIT license.
