SDFusion brings a non-destructive approach to Boolean operations in Blender, built around a Signed Distance Field-like workflow. A one-click setup automatically configures Boolean, Remesh, and Smoothing modifiers in the optimal order, so no manual arrangement is needed. Boolean operations are organised through clearly named collections such as ADD-1 and SUB-1, with dedicated buttons in the SDFusion panel to assign objects. You can add further layers at any time with the "Add Layer" button, keeping experimentation open.
Real-time adjustments cover remeshing, smoothing, sharpness, and edge angle through geometry node controls in the sidebar, with live previews and support for mesh reduction. An asset library integration lets you install the included cutter asset package through a dedicated UI to use the latest procedural cutters. When a project is complete, you can apply all modifiers, perform mesh decimation, and clean up cutter objects and collections in a single step.
The add-on also bundles Collection Object Walker, an auxiliary tool that cycles through objects in a collection sequentially, one at a time, for previewing Boolean cutters. SDFusion is compatible with Blender 4.5 and later, and a native SDF node version for Blender 5.0 is included.
