Sketchfab for Autodesk 3ds Max publishes your models to Sketchfab, a web service for displaying and sharing 3D files online in real time. Rather than exporting, zipping and uploading files by hand, you send a model to the platform in a few clicks from inside 3ds Max.
The workflow starts by opening the plugin and authorizing your Sketchfab account. From there you fill in a title, description and other metadata, then adjust texture and lighting settings as needed. The plugin can automatically unwrap your objects and bake materials and lights into new textures. Select the objects you want to share, press Publish, and the plugin handles the rest before opening your model in a browser.
