Treebox for Blender is a procedural generator for trees and bushes, built for game developers and artists who need nature assets. It focuses on anime-inspired trees and comes with a user-friendly interface alongside a feature-rich Geometry Nodes menu.
The tool covers a wide range of trees through customizable settings, with controls for branch splitting, leaf scattering, normal smoothing, and volume generation. A preset material library helps finish the models, and a one-click conversion turns trees into optimized, game-ready meshes. Treebox works with both Cycles and Eevee.
Created by Justin Wallace under the Shin Gidora name, Treebox is aimed at simplifying natural asset creation for indie games and projects. Treebox v1.5 requires Blender 5.0.1 or newer, and compatibility spans Blender 4.2 through 5.0. A demo video is available.
