Wood Works is a procedural wood painting toolkit for Blender. Using a painting mode, you add color to models much like painting real wooden figures. It can also apply wooden carving to models and create flat cutouts from 3D models, and it handles materials, textures, and UVs.
The Wood Works Panel controls all features from a single interface. A material shader paints four textures at once, with blending and layering done through one material on the object. The Carved Wood Style is applied through geometry nodes for a procedural carved-model effect, while the 2D Wooden Cutout Style applies procedurally to any mesh for a DIY printed wooden look.
The package includes a Python script that brings the features together in one panel, two geometry node networks for the Wood Carving and Cutout effects, and a four-layered material that blends different wood textures through painting mode. It's built for Blender 4.3, and some limitations apply — see the developer's page for details.
