Flicker Light is a Blender addon for adding dynamic flickering light effects to a scene. It applies natural or stylized flicker to any light source and gives you control over parameters including energy, intensity, speed, and randomness, so you can shape the pattern to fit a project.
The addon works with point, spot, area, and sun lights, and also handles emission materials so glowing surfaces can flicker too. Flicker can be used for candlelight, neon lights, firelight, and malfunctioning electronics. Keyframe animation is supported, letting flickering lights fit into the animation timeline for precise control.
Flicker Light supports Blender versions 3.0 through 5.2 and works with the Cycles and Eevee render engines. It is distributed under the GPL license and ships with documentation, with a clean interface aimed at both beginners and professionals. A demo video is available on the developer's page.
