Earns its place in the Superhive library for combining a searchable in-panel reference with a live viewport HUD across all eight Blender modes.
FlowKeys Pro puts Blender shortcuts inside a searchable N-Panel that automatically updates when you switch modes. It covers all eight Blender modes — Object, Edit, Sculpt, Pose, Weight Paint, Vertex Paint, Texture Paint, and Grease Pencil — with each mode carrying its own curated, category-organized shortcut list. Instant search filters results across the current mode's list as you type, and it's case-insensitive.
Version 2 adds a Viewport HUD Overlay that floats shortcuts live inside the 3D viewport, showing context-aware keys only when a tool is active. Custom Keymap Support reads your actual remapped keys rather than vanilla Blender, marking remapped shortcuts with a ✱ indicator. A Display Mode preference lets you choose N-Panel only, HUD only, or both at once, configurable with anchor position, scale, opacity, and accent colors.
Additional tools include collapsible categories, personal notes stored per .blend file, and a one-click copy button for each shortcut. It runs on Blender 4.0 through 5.3+ across Windows, Mac, and Linux. A free Lite version with Object Mode shortcuts only is also available. V2 is a free update for existing Pro license holders.
Flowkeys Pro - Shortcut Reference Panel For Blender | All 8 Modes | Instant Search is best for blender users who want to keep hotkeys organized and visible without leaving the viewport, including beginners.
Flowkeys Pro - Shortcut Reference Panel For Blender | All 8 Modes | Instant Search is completely free to download and use.
FlowKeys Pro runs on Blender 4.0 through 5.3+ and works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It appears in the N-Panel under the FlowKeys tab and can also display shortcuts as a viewport HUD overlay. The HUD supports Apple Magic Mouse and trackpad scroll, so Mac users can navigate the overlay using their standard input. Check the developer's page for the latest confirmed version details before installing.
FlowKeys Pro installs from a zip file. Download it from your Superhive purchases page, then open Blender and go to Edit, Preferences, Get Extensions. Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner, choose Install from Disk, select the downloaded zip, and confirm. FlowKeys Pro then appears in your N-Panel under the FlowKeys tab, which you open by pressing N in the viewport. You can configure the display mode — N-Panel, HUD, or both — in Preferences.
FlowKeys Pro reads your actual keymap from Blender rather than only showing vanilla defaults. If you have remapped a key — for example changing G to something else — FlowKeys displays your key instead. Remapped shortcuts are marked with a ✱ indicator so you always know which keys are your own customizations. This custom keymap support was added in version 2 and applies across the shortcut lists shown in the panel.
FlowKeys Pro lets you add your own notes to any shortcut. Notes are stored per .blend file, so a note you add in one project stays in that project only. Open a different file and you start with a clean slate. This is a per-project annotation approach rather than a global system, keeping your notes tied to the specific work they were written for. Notes are available in the Pro version alongside search and the HUD overlay.
FlowKeys Pro is listed as free in this catalog; check the developer's page for current licensing. A separate free Lite version is also available for those who want to try the panel first — it includes Object Mode shortcuts and a clean N-Panel sidebar, but no search, no notes, and no HUD overlay. Version 2 is a free update for existing Pro license holders, who can install it by reinstalling the new zip.
