Instance Master earns its place in the superhive library for consolidating repeating meshes into instanced groups and exporting the result as a single GLB aimed at Unreal Engine.
Instance Master detects and merges repeating meshes in Blender into clean, instanced groups. It analyzes real geometry, topology, and affine similarity to find duplicates, catching objects that have applied or unapplied transforms, were duplicated manually or via Array, Mirror, or Geometry Nodes, or have differing vertex order. The accurate real-world scale of your objects is always maintained, and new instance groups are created only when the geometry genuinely differs.
The entire optimization process is gathered into a single panel covering Origin, Modifiers, Instancing, and Export. Modal modifier application and progress bars let you keep working in Blender while large scenes are being processed, so the interface stays responsive during heavy jobs. It converts hundreds of duplicated meshes into lightweight instanced groups.
A built-in tool exports the entire optimized scene into one .glb file, ready for game-engine import. In Unreal Engine you use Import → Import To Level, and instances are preserved on the way in, where they can be converted to ISM or HISM for further optimization if needed. This is aimed at preparing large scenes for export, where merging duplicates delivers performance gains in Unreal Engine.
Instance Master is best for preparing large Blender scenes for export to Unreal Engine by consolidating repeating meshes into instanced groups.
Instance Master is completely free to download and use.
Instance Master lists compatibility with Blender versions 4.0 through 5.0, covering the current 4.x releases up to the 5.0 line. Within Blender it adds a single panel that gathers the whole optimization process — setting origins, applying modifiers, running instancing, and exporting — into one tab. Modal modifier application and progress bars let you keep working in Blender while large scenes are being processed, so the interface stays responsive during heavy jobs on bigger projects.
Instance Master includes a built-in tool that exports the entire optimized scene into a single .glb file, ready for game-engine import. To bring it into Unreal Engine you use Import → Import To Level, and the instances are preserved on the way in. Once imported, those instances can be converted to ISM or HISM for further optimization if needed. The add-on is aimed at preparing large scenes for export, where merging duplicates into instanced groups delivers performance gains in Unreal Engine.
Instance Master analyzes real geometry, topology, and affine similarity to identify duplicate meshes. It recognizes objects even when they have applied or unapplied transforms, were duplicated manually or via Array, Mirror, or Geometry Nodes, or have differing vertex order, and it ignores differences in names. The accurate real-world scale of your objects is always maintained, and new instance groups are created only when the geometry genuinely differs, which keeps the result efficient rather than duplicating groups needlessly.
Instance Master is listed as free in this catalog, and it is released under the GPL license. Licensing and pricing can change over time, so check the developer's page for the current terms before you rely on it. Functionally, the add-on converts hundreds of duplicated meshes into lightweight instanced groups and exports them to a single GLB, which lets you evaluate whether it fits your Blender-to-Unreal workflow before committing to it.

3D Print Toolbox is a Blender add-on with utilities for 3D printing. It analyzes mesh volume and surface area, checks and fixes geometry, hollows shapes, aligns models to the print bed, and exports to STL, PLY, and OBJ.

by glukoz
UVPackmaster 4 is a UV packing engine for Blender that packs UV maps on the CPU and GPU, using the Cuda and Vulkan APIs, and can run on the CPU and all system GPUs at once.

by MMD
MMD Tools is a Blender add-on for editing MikuMikuDance (MMD) models. It handles importing and exporting model, motion and pose data, along with chopping and joining parts, plus rigid body, material and motion editing.

by HaughtyGrayAlien
SimpleBake brings PBR and traditional texture baking to Blender from a single panel. Select objects, choose maps, and bake — no special node groups or new workflow, working with whatever materials you've already built.
