PS Shape to AE Shape is a script for After Effects that converts Photoshop Shape Layers and vector shapes within After Effects. It brings Photoshop masks over as After Effects shape layers, giving you native shapes to work with inside the application.

Both options let you decide how you want to manage your composition after the Photoshop shapes have been converted.
