WFC 3D Generator is a Blender add-on that generates 3D objects by running the WFC algorithm across a grid. Building blocks are drawn from a source collection, and the layout is shaped by the constraints you assign to those objects. You can watch the algorithm at work through a render delay, and pause or cancel rendering at any time.
The add-on ships with a WFC 3D Constraint Editor panel where supported constraints are assigned to objects, including a Collection Defaults section with geometry constraints. It supports both geometry constraints and connector constraints. Objects can be selected in the 3D viewport or outliner, with manual or automatic transfer of the selection. Alongside grid size, you can set cell size and an offset between even and odd rows, columns, and files. A cherry-picking function starts generation automatically after an adjustable delay.
Additional tools include Auto-Save, which stores each constraint change as a custom property when enabled, a WFC 3D Backup for importing and exporting all constraints to and from a JSON file, and a WFC 3D Rotation Tool that copies and rotates an object along with its adjacency constraints. Example blend files cover subjects such as castles, mazes, villages, landscapes, and honeycombs.
