CombineMixamo is a Blender add-on from Derek Wang that combines Mixamo characters with multiple Mixamo animations, handling accurate position transitions between different animations. The workflow imports a Mixamo character into Blender, combines multiple animations using NLA, then bakes the NLA strips into a single action for export as one FBX animation file.
The add-on includes a keyword search panel titled Search by keywords for finding and managing FBX files inside Blender. You enter keywords such as walk, talk, kick or fly and select a directory path; matching files appear in a filtered list, and you build a final selected list of the files you want to combine. In Preferences you can create a sub directory inside the Mixamo Animation FBX folder to hold your favourite animations for combining.
A dual confrontation button generates two Mixamo characters acting face to face based on the current UI configuration. Additional characters and animations can be pulled from the Mixamo website, and a bundled fbxanimation.zip contains 17 Mixamo animation packs such as Breakdance and Capoeira. It runs on Windows only and supports Blender 3.6 through 4.5 under an MIT license.
