Corner Sharpener 2D & 3D
by Johnbogle
Corner Sharpener 2D & 3D is a Blender add-on that sharpens the corners of 2D and 3D objects under the subdivision modifier in a few clicks. It automatically creates supporting edges and removes face edges.

Modeler Pro focuses squarely on bevel-weight and modifier work, bundling its tools into hotkeyable pie menus. The JSON save feature stands out because Blender has no built-in way to store and share bevel modifiers.
Modeler Pro is a general-purpose Blender toolkit aimed at 3D modelers, gathering a set of bevel-focused tools and pie menus. Its bevel weight gradients let you apply curves with different curvature, noise, and size to bevel weights; the feature runs from a hotkeyable pie menu and expects a bevel modifier set to limit method: weight with an active edge selected. Curve types include smoothstep for controlling the sharpness setting.
Several pie menus cover everyday modeling work. The bevel weight pie sets specific bevel weights, reads the current value, and saves affected edges for quick reselection, which helps on high-poly meshes where Blender's bevel weight tool starts lagging. The bevel modifier pie adds bevel modifiers with scroll-wheel side counts, mouse-driven size, and a clamp-overlap toggle, placing each below the weighted normal modifier. A toggles pie menu switches common modifiers on and off, with an _off suffix to exclude specific ones.
Mirror Modifier Pro lets you set options and choose the source mesh in the N panel before adding the modifier, across multiple meshes. You can also save bevel modifiers to a JSON file to reuse or share, with two presets plus N-panel settings. Version 1.9 adds Blender 5.1 support.
Modeler Pro 1.9 - Toolkit Addon is best for 3D modelers who work extensively with bevel weights and modifiers in Blender.
Modeler Pro 1.9 - Toolkit Addon is completely free to download and use.
Modeler Pro added Blender 5.1 support in version 1.9, its most recent release. One feature is also version-specific: the bevel modifier set to bevel weight crease, which works with creased edges, is available exclusively on Blender 4.3 and up. The rest of the toolkit, including the bevel weight gradients, pie menus, and Mirror Modifier Pro, is explained in the Documentation tab on the developer's page, which is worth checking for exact behaviour on your Blender version.
Modeler Pro's bevel weight gradients require a bevel modifier set to limit method: weight, and you must have an active edge selected before running the tool. Select the edges you want to affect, then trigger the feature from its pie menu, which you can assign to a hotkey. From there you can apply curves with different curvature, noise, and size, and switch curve types, such as smoothstep for control over the sharpness setting. A more in-depth tutorial is in the Documentation tab.
Modeler Pro can save bevel modifiers to a JSON file so you can bring them up later or share them with a teammate. There is room for two presets plus settings from the N panel, giving three bevel modifiers you can add consistently. You can also choose where the bevel modifier lands, such as last in the stack, after weld, after solidify, or after a geometry node. A sample Trim JSON file is included, and a demo video is available.
Modeler Pro is listed as free here in our catalog. Licensing terms can change over time, so for the current arrangement, download details, and any usage conditions, check the developer's page on superhive. That page also hosts the Documentation tab, where the individual tools, including the bevel weight gradients and the various pie menus, are explained in more depth alongside tutorials for setting them up in Blender.
