PowerSave is a saving utility for Blender, built by bonjorno7 in collaboration with TeamC. Hit the PowerSave button and your file saves instantly, with no dialog or additional typing required. You can configure a default folder, or use it out of the box, in which case PowerSaves go to a temp location on your computer.
A status icon sits in the 3D viewport near the topbar, and its color reflects your scene's state: red for never saved, grey for saved with unsaved changes, and green for saved latest changes. A generic naming system helps avoid unintended overwrites, and built-in autosave support exposes its preferences for easier access. You can choose to save on startup, only via the autosave interval, or via the PowerSave button.
PowerSave also includes HardOps integration through the settings menu. It is open source and available for free on GitHub under a GPL license, and it supports Blender versions 2.8 through 5.0.
