Shapekeys Extended is a full overhaul of Blender's shapekey system, keeping every default option while layering on new functionality and quality-of-life changes. The UI moves to a hierarchy layout with collapsing groups, lets you move and reorganize groups of shapekeys, and adds new shapekeys below the current selection rather than at the bottom of the list. All features work in edit mode, and a Copy Shapekey button duplicates the data from the selected shapekey into a new one.
Extra menu options include Invert Shapekey, Copy and Split Shapekey, Remove Empty Shapes, Clear Shapekey Weights, and Normalize Shapekey for remapping a modified range back to 0-1. Additional tools cover Pose to Shapekey, Remove Shapekey Influence for selected or all vertices, applying modifiers on meshes that already have shapekeys (optionally keeping the armature modifier), and an Add Facetracking Shapekeys section with presets for Vive, ARKit, Meta, UnifiedExpressions, and MMD. An N-panel gives quick access to the tools.
The add-on is released under the GNU GPL 3.0 license and is actively in development. It's listed here as free, and a demo video is available.
