Why we like it

A small, single-purpose add-on that handles a routine part of modeling — applying transforms and origins — from the N-panel, with optional auto-apply so the step happens as you work. Released under GPL and documented for Blender 3.0 through 4.1.

What is Smart Auto Apply Plus?

Smart Auto Apply Plus works from Blender's N-panel, giving you a place to apply transformations, rotations, scales, and origins to your objects. Turn on the auto-apply options and these adjustments — rotations, scaling, and origin changes — happen in real time as you model, without manual tweaking.

Origin handling comes with three modes. The default waits for you to adjust the active object, then applies the origin as soon as you pause. The 'on selected' feature applies the origin instantly to any object you pick in your scene. 'Apply on mode change' applies the origin to all selected objects every time you switch modes, keeping them up to date.

The add-on is documented and supports Blender versions 3.0 through 4.1, and it's released under the GPL license. A demo video is available. Together the tools cover applying transforms and origins so you don't have to navigate menus or remember to apply changes manually.

Who is Smart Auto Apply Plus best for?

Smart Auto Apply Plus is best for blender users who want to apply transformations and origins automatically while modeling rather than working through manual menu steps.
