Timelapse is a Blender add-on from Silky-Renders that records timed screenshots from inside Blender. You set an interval in seconds, and the add-on captures a screenshot at each interval using Blender's built-in screenshot function. Captured frames are saved as JPG or PNG images.
The add-on gives you a directory option: point it at a custom folder, or leave it and it saves automatically into a folder named "Timelapse" next to your saved blend file. A Start/Stop control begins and ends a capture session, and an Open Folder button takes you to the images. It requests permission to export png/jpeg files to disk.
Timelapse is compatible with Blender 4.5.1 LTS and newer and is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. The current release is version 1.0.1. It's a compact add-on at around 3.0 KB, and installs by drag and drop into Blender or from disk.
