Viewport stabilizer keeps the Blender viewport locked onto a chosen 3D point so it stays fixed on screen. It's aimed at matchmove artists and anyone working with tracked footage. You can stabilise on the 3D Cursor, an active object's pivot, a specified object's pivot, or selected vertices — the vertex option needs to be enabled in the add-on's settings first.
Beyond stabilization, the add-on can find the center of an object or of selected vertices and create an Empty there in a single click. Stabilization toggles with Alt+C by default, and that shortcut can be changed in the settings at any time. Its controls live under 3D View > Sidebar > View tab.
