AeBlink combines a Blender add-on with an After Effects script that transfers your camera, nulls, solids, and footage from After Effects into Blender in one click, with keyframes included. There's no manual rebuilding and no FBX exports: you run the script in After Effects, and the scene appears in Blender automatically. The transfer runs in one direction, After Effects to Blender, following a simple Export to Create workflow.
Cameras come across with position, rotation, and focal length, fully keyframed. Solids become image planes, nulls become empties, and the source video loads automatically as a camera background in Blender. Blender detects and imports the scene the moment After Effects exports, so there's no file browsing. A Shadow Catcher toggle enables Cycles Shadow Catcher on any object, while the World Scale Controller lets you move, scale, and rotate the entire scene. A live status indicator shows whether Blender is waiting, importing, or in an error state.
AeBlink works with Blender 4.0 through 5.1, is listed as a Blender extension add-on, and supports the Cycles and Eevee render engines. It's distributed under the GPL license.
