AV: Bisect reworks Blender's built-in Bisect tool as an add-on aimed at cutting meshes with more flexibility. Its Precise Plane Creation generates the cutting plane from a selected vertex, edge, or face, which speeds up preparing each cut instead of setting the plane manually.
A separate 3D Cursor Cutting mode lets you position the cursor and cut directly through it. In that mode, the 3D cursor can be moved with the D hotkey and the Merge Distance is adjustable. All controls are consolidated into a single panel, keeping the focus on the model. The add-on is designed for 3D artists and modelers who value precision and efficiency, especially in hard-surface workflows.
It runs on Blender versions 4.1 through 5.0, works with the Cycles and Eevee render engines, and is distributed under the GPL license. The current version is 1.1.5, with recent updates adding 3D cursor movement and an adjustable Merge Distance, plus performance improvements.
