GamiFlow is a Blender add-on built for game asset creation, aimed at the back-and-forth of generating low-poly and high-poly versions for bakes and keeping them in sync. It automates much of that process and makes the work you still do non-destructive: once your asset is ready, regenerating the low-poly, high-poly, and final game-ready meshes comes down to clicking a button. The output is optimised, triangulated, and renamed to follow the Substance Painter naming convention.
The workflow starts by tagging edges, faces, or modifiers you want optimised away, then using the Make Low and Make High buttons and the Export button. You can link sculpts or decals to objects, add bake anchors to reposition objects for painting, and set per-object unwrap and UDIM settings for the auto-unwrapper. Meshes are auto-merged where possible, bake cages help with tight corners, and export anchors let you centre objects and export them out individually. Ministry of Flat can optionally be connected for automatic seams and UVs.
Version 1.9.10 is compatible with Blender 4.2 LTS and newer and is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
