Hardflow packages a full hard-surface workflow into a single Blender add-on from developer ugulay. Its boolean side offers draw-to-cut shapes — Box, Circle, Polygon, N-gon, Slot, Star, Arc, and Vent — with Cut, Slice, Make, Join, Intersect, Face, and Knife modes usable in Object and Edit Mode. While drawing, you can add inset, array, mirror, bevel-on-cut, in-plane rotation, and stamp/repeat, and see a live boolean preview before committing. Panel-line tools turn selected edges into recessed groove seams or raised weld beads in one click.
Beyond booleans, it includes direct modeling with primitives, Push/Pull, Offset, Edge Bevel, Loop Cut, guides, and loft/bridge, plus a Super Modeling Mode with Ghost-Grid snapping and a per-tool undo journal. Smart Bevel drops support loops so edges survive Subdivision. Freehand curve drawing strokes pipe, cable, and sweep paths that hug the surface, with cable gravity settle for draping over geometry.
A decal pipeline, trim-sheet UV editor, heightmap decals, and kitbash INSERTs round out the toolkit. Hardflow is licensed under GPLv3 and listed here as free.
