Omoospace earns its place in the Blender extensions library by bringing the Omoospace folder-structure guideline into Blender, keeping the current project folder, input and output paths, and linked libraries organized from within the app.
Omoospace is a universal folder-structure guideline for creative projects, aimed at universality, flexibility, and semantic clarity. This add-on by icrdr integrates the Omoospace approach to project folders into Blender, and it fits complex projects and team collaboration as well as simple projects and individual work.
Inside Blender, Omoospace gives quick access to the current project folder and gathers all input and output paths in one place. It also works to keep linked libraries from going missing. The add-on requests the Files permission so it can manage your Blender files.
Omoospace is compatible with Blender 4.2 LTS and newer, with builds for Windows, macOS on Intel and Apple Silicon, and Linux. You can add it by dragging and dropping the package into Blender or installing it from disk. It is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Version 0.2.7 cleaned up two WindowManager properties, old_path_list and quick_dir_list.
Omoospace is best for blender artists who want a consistent folder structure across projects, and teams or individuals managing project folders, input and output paths, and linked libraries.
Omoospace is completely free to download and use.
Omoospace is compatible with Blender 4.2 LTS and newer, so current LTS builds and later releases are covered. The add-on ships as platform-specific builds for Windows, macOS on both Intel and Apple Silicon, and Linux. It requests the Files permission so it can manage your Blender files. If you run a version older than 4.2 LTS, check the developer's page before installing to confirm support.
Omoospace provides separate downloads for Windows, macOS Intel, macOS Apple Silicon, and Linux, so it runs across the major desktop operating systems Blender itself supports. Each platform build is distributed as its own package on the Blender extensions listing. Pick the download that matches your machine, then bring it into Blender. For details on the current builds and file sizes, the developer's page is the place to check.
Omoospace can be added by dragging and dropping the downloaded package into Blender, or by using Install from Disk in Blender's extension preferences. The add-on requests the Files permission so it can manage your Blender files. Download the package that matches your operating system first, then use whichever method you prefer. Once enabled, it integrates the Omoospace folder approach into Blender. See the developer's page for the latest installation notes.
Omoospace is listed as free here and is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. That license governs how you can use, modify, and redistribute the add-on. For the current terms and any changes to licensing, check the developer's page. The extension is available in per-platform downloads for Windows, macOS, and Linux, so you can grab the build for your system at no listed cost.
