What is Simple Collider?

Simple Collider, by Matthias Patscheider, generates physics colliders for game assets inside Blender. It covers Box, Sphere, Capsule, Convex, Convex Cylinder, K-DOP, Re-Meshed and Mesh shapes, and adds Oriented Minimum Bounding Box generation — an automatically oriented box collider aimed at the lowest possible volume. Auto convex decomposition for complex shapes runs on the V-HACD library, available on Windows, Linux and macOS, including Apple Silicon.

Colliders can be built in Object or Edit mode, including multi-object Edit mode, per individual object, around an entire selection, or based on loose parts. Creation space can be set to Local or Global, primitive types support world-aligned and object-aligned collisions, and settings adjust directly in the 3D Viewport with real-time input. Colliders can use pre- or post-modifier stack mesh data.

A flexible naming scheme targets engines such as UE4-5, Unity and Godot, backed by a preset system you can switch, exchange and pin to load on startup.
