Shape Keys ++ is a Blender add-on built by Shugan for managing shape keys during animation. The developer created it to handle the repetitive parts of working with facial expressions, and it groups a range of shape key operations into one place. You can edit shape keys without switching mode and place them directly where you need them, rather than moving entries up and down the list.
Core operations include duplicate, mirror, invert, and move, along with blending using vertex groups and a Blend From Shape mode with real-time preview. Global sliders sit alongside lock/unlock all and mute/unmute all toggles. You can apply a selected shape key to the basis, apply all shape key mixes to the basis while keeping the shape keys, and run batch actions like deleting shape keys or removing zero-delta empty shape keys.
Recent updates added a Shape Key Presets system with a value slider, Copy Shape Key Order, invert options for lock/mute state and shape key vectors, and an update notification. The add-on runs on Blender 3.3 through 5.1 and is distributed under the GPL license.
